Terms of Service for CorpoLaw

Welcome to CorpoLaw. These Terms of Service govern your access to legal support for enterprises provided through corpolaw.vip.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms as set forth herein.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Legal Services for Businesses

Comprehensive consultations, contract drafting, compliance reviews and representation as agreed in the engagement letter. Scheduling may be made via our contact form.

2.2 Informational Products

Digital guides, templates, and webinars designed for corporate legal needs.

2.3 Physical Goods

Ordered materials such as printed handbooks or manuals sent to your address.

3. Fee and Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Legal Services

Fees are due as outlined in the engagement agreement. You may request a billing adjustment or transfer a scheduled session to another date up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations after that window are subject to a 50% fee. All reimbursable fees will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

3.2 Informational Products

You have up to 14 days from the date of access to request a reimbursement for digital products. Upon approval, credits will be issued within 7 business days and access to the digital materials will be revoked.

3.3 Physical Goods

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a reimbursement within 10 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. No-Reimbursement Provisions

Certain bespoke legal services delivered in full, such as finalized filings or court representation, are not eligible for reimbursement due to the personalized nature and irreversible costs incurred. Each such case will be communicated in advance in the engagement letter.

5. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
